This program allows customers to refill drinking water for free by bringing their own tumbler, as part of efforts to support environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of reducing plastic waste.
Free water refill stations are available at seven Transjakarta service points, namely CSW Bus Stop, Senayan Roundabout Bus Stop, Senayan Bank DKI Bus Stop, Karet Bus Stop, Dukuh Atas Bus Stop, Tosari Bus Stop, and MH Thamrin Bus Stop.

"This platform actively promotes a sustainable lifestyle by encouraging all customers to bring their own tumblers. Hopefully, this can be a real contribution to efforts in reducing single-use plastic waste," hoped Transjakarta Public Relation and CSR Department Head, Ayu Wardhani, Tuesday (4/15).
This program also opens up inclusive social participation opportunities. Customers can donate to support various important programs, ranging from stunting assistance, mangrove conservation, to aid for persons with disabilities.
She added, it is a manifestation of Transjakarta's commitment to continue innovating in providing the best services while also contributing positively to society and the environment.
